Pink interiors are fast becoming a major thing across Instagram and Pinterest thanks to the rise of commercial interiors adorning their walls and shop fronts with light, dusky pinks. The trend is becoming increasingly popular throughout the Instagram home community too as more and more people try to make this colour work within their space. If you are considering adding some pink into your home, Instagram is a great place to start to get inspiration from and some ideas for your own home.

Maggie’s latest kitchen renovation showcases a dusky pink wall paired with dramatic black cabinets and kitchen furnishings. Pink and black have been the ultimate combo for many years in design and we are loving seeing the popularity of this style increase. If you are wanting to add some drama to your space, then this might be the perfect combo for you, particularly if you have a larger space to work with that can take dark colours well.

2. This Is My Home Style

If your style is a little more boho chic when it comes to your interior design then it’s definitely worth taking a look at the home behind This Is My Home Style. Kelly’s living room design is both stylish and on trend with a beautiful pink feature wall and matching accessories from soft furnishings and velvet furniture. Although Kelly has used a darker shade of pink, the abundance of natural light and wooden flooring makes the space feel both bright and airy.

For something different than the pink walls we have highlighted so far you could consider adding a pink wallpaper into your home along with complimentary furnishings. Charlotte from Twelve The Grey House does this perfectly with a pink geometric wallpaper in one of her bedrooms and blush pink and rose gold accessories. Wallpaper is a great way to add different patterns and shades of pink into your space giving you a little more freedom to create the look you want to.

Of course we couldn’t not mention London’s Best Amateur Designer and the gorgeous home behind Three Boys And A Pink Bath. Not only does Sofie’s home feature an Instagramable pink bath she has also made pink and mustard work extremely well in her home office.  The bubblegum pink walls and ceilings are complemented extremely well with bright hues of mustard yellow from soft furnishings and a storage cabinet. If you are feeling adventurous and want to be a little bit more creative with your colour choices within your home then this account is definitely worth following for inspiration.

5. House Kids Cats

If you are finding that a pink feature wall isn’t enough and you want to really commit to a full pink room then House Kids Cats is definitely an account worth looking at. Every wall in Claire’s living room is painted in a soft pink that is heavily contrasted by the traditional black fireplace and navy blue velvet sofa. The pink theme is carried on through to the bathroom too with a pink freestanding bath that is serious goals!
